CheckoutToday's message: Open for business again! It was good to have uninterrupted time to work on the directions -- I think I did a better job in less time that way. But now we're back to your regularly scheduled store. Please fan my Facebook page if you'd like to get live updates.
Please read about infant safety in baby-holding devices (every parent, babywearer or not, needs to know about this) and sling safety!

You can estimate your shipping costs by going to this USPS page and entering your zip code and mine (03824). Select "large envelope". Weights for most slings are between 12-17 oz, and the majority of slings will be under 16 oz. Cost is usually between $4.95 and $9.55, depending on the package's weight and how far you are from NH. Cotton denim

If, like me, you live in jeans, then nothing will feel more familiar, cozy and comfortable than a 100% cotton denim sling. This is significantly more lightweight and softer than your jeans, however, and makes a lovely, drapey sling.[more]

I've had a number of requests for double-layer dupioni slings. You may choose any two of the colors I have listed in the detailed description, or if you prefer different combinations, you may wish to look for silk on your own, and make it a custom sling instead. [more]

European linen

Linen may just be the best sling fabric there is. Before cotton was widely cultivated, linen was the go-to fabric for just about everything -- daily wear, bedclothes, accessories... if it was sewn, it was made with linen. [more]

Hemp/cotton twill
In Stock: 25

This hemp/cotton blend is more cotton and less hemp than "Delight" -- 55% hemp, 45% cotton -- and so it has a shorter break-in period than the latter. With a plainweave texture and the strength and light weight of hemp, this is an excellent, supportive pick for summer. [more]

Color-grown 100% cotton threads woven in a gorgeous, flowing jacquard weave, reminiscent of fields of wheat or droplets of ink in water. The closest fabric to wrap fabric I've ever found. [more]

Salvor organic Psling

Longtime SBP fans may be surprised to see Pslings here -- while they're great slings, their price point is generally far beyond what I would ever offer. But I was able to get these from a vendor who'd gone out of business, and thought they'd be a fun addition at a price well below their original offering. [more]

I've had a number of requests for double-layer silk slings. You may choose any two of the colors I have listed in the detailed description, or if you prefer different combinations, you may wish to look for silk on your own (shantung silk is a bit hard to come by, but it's worth a Google search), and make it a custom sling instead. Toddler-Width Silk

I was able to buy a limited quantity of these 45" wide silks at a very reasonable price, and I am passing my savings on to you! Wide-width slings are terrific for big babies and toddlers -- their extra width provides more support for taller bodies, and if you're breastfeeding, it's easy to pull up the edge for coverage. I've spent many hours walking around in stores and parks nursing Susan in a wide-width sling with no one the wiser. [more]
